“Room and interior clean. Basic breakfast. No elevator might be an issue for some. But main staircase is not too steep or too many steps. Basic bar area. Can beverages and bottles only. No mixed drinks available.”

“Woodsy atmosphere that was not fancy but met our needs for a clean comfortable bed. The breakfast is barebones and in the off season there were only a few lodgers.”

“The room was clean and very well maintained. The furniture was very nice and cozy with lots of seating. The view of Lake Superior was amazing on the balcony and from the side window. Since we had a cool, windy evening the fireplace was very cozy. The complimentary coffee at The Sandbar Cafe was a nice added touch. We will definitely try to come back again.”

“Very nice hotel reasonably priced.”

“Better than expected for the cost of the room. Stayed 3 comfortable nights and will definitely book again when in the area.”

“The A/C had a continuous noise to it. The breakfast was very subpar, when we checked in at 4:00pm, the toast and bagels were still left out from the morning. TV was like a 32 inch and did not work in the morning. Mattresses need to be replaced.”

“The room was large, with a comfortable bed, it was quiet! even though somewhat near a main road, The shower was strong/hot”
