“They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night...

“Both the hotel and my hotel room were very clean and the hotel is also in an excellent location, near places to eat and shop. The reception desk was also very friendly and helpful in checking in and out. The only suggestion I would offer is maybe providing bottled water in the hotel room for guests upon check in.”

“Hotel is not clean. Room is tired, rundown in ill repair ,cigarette holes in the sheets. Dusty were my allergies and asthma kicked up! Unsafe feeling as there are long-term temporary people residing in the hotel.”
