However,t he sauna and gym are 24 hours for guest use. We appreciate your business and hope you will stay with us again if you are working in the area.

I am sorry you did not like the carpet. It is what we currently have. When it is time to change out the carpet hard wood floors might be an option.

I am sorry the air conditioner was loud for you. Some of the outlets work with the light coming in the front door We are on the street so sometimes the street noise can be loud. The further back you are in the hotel helps
