“Breathtaking views and amazing staff at this newly-opened resort. Visited for the Grand Opening to celebrate a milestone birthday, and chose a swim-out room! Because of the opening, some of the amenities were not available. The staff were amazing (kind, respectful, and eager to help) although they were still learning (which was understandable). “South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. “The room was not very clean, the furniture had stains all over, the white comforter was off white. All the furniture was sticky in the room which made our skin very itchy. They start the introduction to the property trying to sell you a time share promotion, the resort is huge but hard to find things”

“Had a great stay at Gemini! Geri welcomed us like family. We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. “I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. “Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude..
