The carpet in the “upgraded” room was stained, ottoman was stained (looked like a bottle of bleach was spilled on it) and the headboard had a star cut out of it….complete with scratch marks. Classy!

Great location. Check-in staff was amazing!! Frankly low rating the drains in this old building are slow. And check out was abrupt/curt.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet inside and out. Clean lobby and rooms. Walking distance to Paycom and Bricktown. We had a great experience, would stay again!

The uniqueness was it was right down town, but the hotel is old and dark. Rooms are not well lit, bathroom is extremely small. Beds are comfortable. Staff was nice but check-in was rushed. The pool was closed for the season but that wasn’t noted in hotel information prior to reservation, so that was disappointing.

Well lit and safe. We had zero problems walking back from Bricktown after dark. Parking in the hotel garage was easy and cheap. Rooms are quiet and extravlarge. Very quiet and comfortable. We paid the extra 5.00 per person for breakfast. Definately worth it. We had drinks at the bar. Top notch!

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were very clean! Only thing was the comforters are SUPER thin, so bring an extra blanket if you have a tendency to get cold!

LOVED this property! In fact, the only issue i has was parking. This was possibly the worst parking structure ever. Not an issue if you don't park with them. The structure was inconvenient to enter/ exit (would be easier with a physical plastic card), and the tight spiral to the 3rd floor immediately upon entering makes it virtually impossible to negotiate in any large vehicle (without scraping your tires or bumper).

It was an “okay” choice. Pros: it was clean, it was the perfect location for access to the Paycom Center and Bricktown, everyone was friendly to us, and it was the slightly cheaper option in comparison to the other major downtown hotels. Cons: the room they put us in was directly next to the elevators and it was pretty consistently noisy. The rooms are clean but very dated, to the point they need to make some upgrades. Parking was more confusing than it needed to be. In hindsight, I probably would choose another hotel for $20 more a night then go back to the Sheraton.

The staff here at the Sheraton was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a little outdated though. The bath tub had some rust. The headboard was peeling off onto the pillows. Carpet had some stains. Other than that everything was great!!!

The walls are paper thin & unfortunately we stayed the night of an OKC Thunder game. My neighbor would not be quiet and was up making loud noise until around 3am. Also I did not like how they allow the public to also use the parking garage. I would recommend making the level 3 only available to people who are actually staying at the hotel.

Great place and easy to walk to the Paycom Center. My only real complaints are that the door to my room closed extremely slow (that’s a safety concern), and the plates on the outlets need changed because my stuff kept falling out of them. Overall, it was worth the money but the door was pretty concerning because someone could easily push into your room if you didn’t stand there and help push it to close faster.

We stayed for one evening and ran into a couple of issues early. However the staff immediately accommodated us. We were always greeted when coming in. We would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent time while we were at the Sheraton. It was beautiful and clean and had excellent customer service for anything teeth.

The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. The staff were courteous. The neighborhood was walkable and felt safe for a large city. Lots of people out walking all times of day. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel!
