"The room itself was okay, and bed very comfortable. There was urine in the toilet and from the odor, probably sat for a couple days. Closed the lid to find strands of hair behind it. Refrigerator had to be unplugged as it created an ittitating tone-like noise. Never used, nonetheless. "

"No shampoos, just bars of soap. Also, only coffee at the continental breakfast, nothing else was provided"

"Hotel has seen better days. The comforter in between the bedsheets had mold (hold them up against light in the dark and you will see); had to remove them from the bed. Hairs in the towels and picture frame, rust in the tub, running/noisy toilet, REALLY hard beds (your hips will hurt in the morning). Freeway is next to the hotel; you will hear noise all night long. I told and showed pictures of the issues to front desk upon checkout. They thanked me and told me to expect the parking fee. Never again."

"Great location, rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is awesome. Shower is great, too. Awesome water pressure and got hot immediately. There is no hair dryer! Make sure to bring yours if you use one. Plenty of space and plugs. Balcony was lovely, too. It can get loud though if there are a lot of kids in the pool. I didn’t use the pool, but it’s big! Really nice hotel. Would totally stay again. "

"This hotel is awful. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights. I barely got through one. My room smelled like it had mold. The carpet was cold which made me think it was wet. I got a headache after being in there for a half hour. The stench in the room permeated everything. The sheets. The towels. So gross. I left the next morning. Checked out early. The manager didn’t even try to accommodate me by asking if I wanted to move rooms or offer any kind of help. Just said okay and verified what time I was leaving. Never again. "

"Well I would love to give a better review but we booked and paid for a ADA room because my husband is an amputee and is not yet able to use a prosthetic. They did not have an ADA room nor did their sister hotel. This meant my husband was unable to shower. There was no compensation and we had no option to cancel and go elsewhere. The parking situation for handicapped vehicles was also very little. The only space we could find was at the back door which you could only use once you had a key so multiple parking moves. There was a nice breakfast bar and coffee and tea available 24 hours. Afternoon staff on checkin was nice and tried to help. I had to talk to the morning desk person and she was incredibly rude! Definitely didn’t feel like Hilton service."

"I enjoyed my weekend stay here. It was in a very convenient location right off the freeway, only a few minutes from Old Town and a short drive into Balboa Park and more of the downtown area. The room was clean and plenty spacious for a solo traveler, housekeeping was excellent in resetting the room every day while I was out. The restaurant attached was also very good, and self-parking was $15 per night, which is on the cheaper side of what other places are charging. Will strongly consider for my next trip to San Diego!"
