“객실이 오래되어 좀 불편했고, 아침식사는 거의 먹을기 없어요!! 가격이 좀 비싸서 불합리하다고 생각해요!!”

“I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay. During my stay, my room was not serviced for an entire day, which is unacceptable for a Hilton property. Also, complimentary bottled water was only provided on the check-in date and not on the following days, even though this basic service should have been maintained throughout the stay. In addition, when I booked through Hotels.com, the booking information mentioned that self-parking was available. However, it was not...

“It was a good place to stay four days and accessible to any areas near San Diego such as downtown and La Jolla. It’s clean and well managed suits. ”

“Awesome location within walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shops. Great value”

“객실이 넓고 냉장고, 레인지, 싱크대 등 편의시설이 매우 잘 되어있음.”

“When we checked in the room, the bathroom door would not close. We asked him to fix it the next day and at 4 o’clock I had to go down and remind them. The guy they sent out did not know how to fix it, but at least got it where it would close, but then it wouldn’t latch closed. Not up to best Western standards in any way. Also the couch in the living room looked like one that a junior high shop class had built and was not usable. Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable shower worked and...

“무료 주차와 조식이 제공되며 객실이 넓습니다. 가격이 합리적입니다. 다만, 객실 청결에 조금 더 신경을 써야할 것 같습니다.”

“we had a bad experience with online description room did not fit a family of 5. the reseptionist was excelent no issues with him, at the room we had to disconnetc the fridge at night to sleep it was making so much noice to top it off we had to put towels at bottom of the door to much bright light coming in from the bottom.”

“미국에서 가본 호텔 중 가격 대비 제일 만족한 곳입니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 방도 굉장히 크고 깨끗했습니다.”

“After switching from a horror of a hotel the night before, this was a breath of fresh air. The double queen bed room was very well maintained and perfect for my family of 5 it even had a welcome on the tv with our name on it as soon as we walked in! The breakfast hours were definitely doable and it was AMAZING. Best breakfast I have ever encountered at a hotel. 10/10 and would stay again!”

“Room was nice, we found the mattress was not that comfortable. Also they failed to provide any housecleaning. the front desk helped with extra towels, coffee and soaps. Enjoyed the pool, coffee shop and restaurant. Great location and staff.”

“깨끗하지 않음”
