“Only complaint was a bug in the bathroom floor”

“Room AC controls were broken, room smelled of mold, and room shade was broken, requested another room, none were available. Manager was not on site, Entry door to hotel was broken. Requested a refund of my stay and they refused to make any adjustments for my stay. Worst conditions I have observed at a hotel, ever!”

“Buyer beware. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not recommend for families. There was a fight in the parking lot at 2:00am. One of the female participants was naked from the waist up. Hallways smelled of various unidentifiable smells. Mold in the shower and curtain. No soap in the dispenser. Tv remote on/off button missing so could not control. Overall shady.”

“The big room was perfect for 4 adults and a teenager on our long weekend away and not feeling cramped. The staff was amazing and the text message service was an excellent way to stay in communication and get extra towels and bedding ect when needed, hassle free. Close to zoo and other attractions. Free breakfast and parking was a great benefit. Beds were a little hard but hotel beds are never as comfy as home so we will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!”

“Perfect price and location for access to Aksarben!”

“조식이 22불로 싸진 않지만 호텔이 너무 가성비가 좋아서 추천합니다.”

“깨끗하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 아침식사도 맛있습니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.”

“The Kimpton was the perfect anniversary! We started with aptly named drinks at the Hotel Immortale (Holiday Hut) giving off haunted hotel vibes. Hanging at the beautiful Cottonwood Room was vibrant and swanky. Dinner at The Committee Chophouse served up A+ service and perfectly cooked steaks and scallops followed by a decadent crème brûlée! We retired to our gorgeous room with stunning views! Every moment was met with positive staff who worked to make our night magical!”

“Good place for what we needed.”
