"We had an amazing experience! The front desk was so nice and kind! I lost both our room keys within an hour and they replaced them immediately and didn't make me feel terrible at all! This hotel is in a great location as well! We will stay here again!"

"Great alternative to Tokyo! This property is located a few minutes’ walk from the east exit(s) of Omiya station. Rooms are large (by local standards), clean, quiet, and new. Bars and restaurants are located nearby. There are free lockers on site to store luggage. A buffet breakfast is included for no extra charge."

"Stay this hotel from Sept 5- 15 on top 14th floor, newly build hotel, despite there is a train track beside it, it is actually super quiet inside the room, few step away from train station and has a grocery market place right underneath, the room is clean and modern equipped, the management dispatches clean towels every day. Would stay there if I travel near it."

"The hotel is located on the east side of Omiya Station, near Takashimaya. It is only a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient for guests staying in Omiya who use trains and buses daily for business or travel. The hotel staff were very friendly and well-mannered, always available to assist guests. The room was clean and comfortable. The room does not include amenities; guests must pick them up at the amenity station in the lobby. However, the bathroom provides body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The guest welcome beverage station opens at 11 a.m., so you must wait until then for free coffee, or buy coffee outside or from a vending machine inside the hotel. The morning buffet was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western-style breakfast options. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, so guests must dine out or buy food to eat in their rooms. Fortunately, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, so finding a meal is not a problem."

"The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly overall and the front desk staff spoke English, which I by no means expect but certainly appreciate. The place was nice, clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many shops and restaurants and just z few minutes walk from Omiya station. The AC worked great! The bed was comfy. Would stay again in terms of the hotel. The area around it was certainly full of shops and restaurants but if one wished to be near the more mainstream and high end areas this is not quite like Shinjuku or Shibuya. But this was a but less hectic than those areas so that could be good!"

"My company has a subsidiary office nearby so the hotel is very convenient. It has a very high end feel. Restaurant is good. There is a nice workout facility but I did not get to price it because it has odd hours. It's not a complaint but there is not one English television channel. I highly recommend this hotel."
