“It was truly the worst unfriendliness I've ever experienced. My check-in was delayed by an hour and a half, but instead of apologizing, the Vanita P staff just got annoyed. It was absolutely terrible. This is the first time I have ever encountered a guest who gets annoyed and orders me to wait in a commanding tone.”

“WARNING: This hotel sits right next to and above a laundromat. The chemical smell from the laundromat was so strong I felt sick as soon as we walked in. The staff did try to help by offering a room change, but even the farthest room still had a strong chemical odor. Also, beware the advertised perks.

“Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. There is clean fridge and microwave. The 2-queen bedroom was spacious. The breakfast was decent with good pastries, warm eggs, and a good offering of diverse beverages. We were impressed that they gave 24hs access to the breakfast area and access to hot drinks like hot chocolate and tea. We were able to sit there after dinner and share tea with colleagues before going to bed. It was also great that police...
