"Good room considering the age of the hotel - modern renovations have kept it in good condition. Didn’t try the breakfast or pool, but the pool looked clean albeit with limited seating which you understand in a Singapore city hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"One of the most comfortable bed/pillows I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a waffle maker providing a real morning treat. The only slight downsides were a noisy bathroom drain and a fixed shower head pointing directly at the shower door meant that the bathroom floor got wet. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, but fresh towels, tea and coffee sachets are always available"

"Everything about this place was great. The rooms were spotless. The amenities were fantastic but it all came down to location, location, location. You are about a 10 min walk to the Maxwell Food center, 10 minutes away from Clarke Quay and 10 minutes away from the Chinatown MRT. It was centrally located which made it extremely easy to get to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and walking distance to the Art Gallery. Would definitely stay here again if I am able to return to Singapore in the future. "
