"We stayed one night here on a layover instead of sleeping in the airport. It is extremely convenient for airport and Jewel access. It was a large room and a comfortable stay. You do hear plane noise, but hard not to when you are located adjacent to the terminal."

"Stayed at Jen Tanglin Singapore for three days and unfortunately it was a frustrating experience. The room had multiple basic issues that should not happen at this level. There was no conditioner in the shower for the first two days. The shower head is loose and difficult to position, so you end up constantly adjusting it just to get the water flowing properly. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. It doesn’t work correctly and the room smells musty because of it. The temperature swings from too hot to freezing, and the thermostat doesn’t seem to reflect or control anything accurately. I raised this with the front desk, but there didn’t seem to be a solution or anyone able to properly fix it. On top of that, I was told I would need to pay more because I’m on the 18th floor, even though this was the only room available at check-in and it came with all of these issues. For the price and expectations in Singapore, this was disappointing. I would recommend staying elsewhere."

"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "
