"I chose this place because it had an SG Clean rating. This must have been pre-pandemic as it was pretty icky. Showers were filthy. Reception is never manned and you have to press a button to speak to the owner remotely. I called days in advance to try and tell them I would be arriving after midnight but the phone just rings all day with no one answering it. "The location is absolutely fantastic for nightlife and to explore Singapore on foot. I loved that each bed came with towels, a curtain for privacy, and an electronic lockbox. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Beware that there is very limited staff on the property but the digital tools for check-in, communication, etc. we're top-notch. Noise from surrounding bars and clubs can be an issue if you're sensitive."
