“We only stayed for 1 night but we were so impressed with how comfy, clean and spacious the lodge was and also the location of the hotel such a beautiful setting with the castle very close by really picturesque. Hotel staff were brilliant very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and the eggs Benedict were perfect with a nice runny yolk. We’ll definitely stay again as Orford is such a beautiful quaint place to visit.”

“Room basic but very clean, beds really comfy, you get free parking and it's approx 10 min walk along the high street to the beach. Water in bathroom is on some type of water flow restrictor so don't expect a power shower however, the water was hot and bathroom very clean. Person who checked us in wasn't the most welcoming however, the person on reception the next morning was helpful. “We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Copper Beech. Our large room was very tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. Sam & Ben were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious, especially Sam's overnight oats which were amazing, a different flavour every morning. A great location for visiting Southwold & Aldeburgh and the beautiful Suffolk area. We would definitely return to this lovely B & B.”

Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you”

“Room was lovely & spacious, lots of coffee/tea choices in the room. My favourite was the deep bath tub & actual bath size towels. Food was amazing & everyone else eating said the same. Breakfast was continental served earlier, with a choice of cooked breakfast a bit later. This was a last minute decision to stay overnight in this area on our trip & what a great decision it was.”
