โThe property is excellent for the cost of it. Maybe the tiniest bit run down but for the price completely acceptable!! Middle of the road. Enjoyed my stay very much!!โ
โThe room was recently remodeled and very clean. Two minor issues in the room and front desk staff were very quick to solve the problems (even offering to give us a different room which was not needed). Night time staff was very empathetic when we had to check out in the middle of the night due to a family emergency that we needed to get home for (seemed genuinely concerned for us and our safety driving home). Would recommend a stay here if you're looking for cheap price and no extras like...
โIt was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towelsโ
โThe breakfast was great, there was a lot of options and fresh fruit. The price of the room was also a huge bonus. This was one of the best places we've stayed in. We'll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. โ
โOverall the room was decent except the window was broke prior to entering the room, it looks like something happened to the screen as well. The air unit would work whrn it wanted to. We also discovered stains on the current like coffee or something happened prior to us checking in. Staff was friendly.โ
โEvery staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If Iโm in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. โ
