The staff was great, the hotel is okay. We flew in late and we were going to Universal Studios the next day, so it was perfect for a one night stay, close to the parks. The room was clean - we would stay here again if it was just one night because of the great location and price!

The hotel is conveniently located. It is not the most modern. But it is well kept. Near the parks and lots of dining locations. It is greatly priced. Due to being adjacent to I-4 is a bit noisy. But overall it was great option.

The room was exactly as shown, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I and my wife had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely start again for a longer period to enjoy everything they have to offer.

The motel was clean and staff was fine. The only complains I have is it was close to I-4 and it was very noisy. Luckily I brought out sound machine are we would not have gotten any sleep. The pillows need to be replaced with firmer pillows. I would stay here again with my sound machine because it was good for the price.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel and will choose it again if we ever have to come back to Orlando. The continental breakfast was convinient. The emplacement is close from all the universal park also and a shuttle was included in the price to get there :)

Hotel is very close to I-4; traffic was extremely noisy, as it was if a window was open. No lamp on one of the night stands. No facial tissue in the bathroom. Pillows were like trying to sleep on marshmallows. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a really good stay great location, staff were great only downside is cleanliness could have been a lot better, stains on the bath and also the lampshades. Overall I would stay again but its just the basic things like cleanliness which is obviously I big thing people would be put off.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly and responsive. Location is great and very walkable with public transportation nearby if needed. Tons of nearby dining and shopping options. Just across the interstate from Universal Orlando Resort. Our only complaint was the lack of a proper seal around the door between us and the adjoining room, so we (and I’m assuming our neighbors as well) could visibly tell every time there was a lamp on, if the window shades were open, and hear every conversation our neighbors were having.
