tHE HOTEL FACILITIES WERE IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND DID NOT MEET EXPECTED STANDARDS. Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel has a policy if you don't stay you don't pay. I requested a refund, havent received it yet.

Stay away in 2026 and wait till they refurbish. Be aware after you arrive there is an additional $27 per day resort fee. Definitely not worth the total rate! Our room had hole in wall, water stain on wall by toilet, curtain at window broken and would not fully close and we were on first floor, nightstand drawer missing, refrigerator stand damaged, paint and stain on lamp shade, bed too soft and leans right. TV had limited channels and lines thru pic. WiFi code gave me one bar so worthless, breakfast cereal and bagel. Only good was area around resort has great food choices, shopping and activities.

Soaked wet carpets in the room, horrible smell and poor housekeeping. Never again! Some staff were friendly.
The smell was horrible like the trim been wet for weeks . We take off our shoes and realize that the carpet was soaked wet, water go all the way out the room.

Super close to Disney and a lot of restaurants, stores, souvenir shops, etc. Free shuttle to Disney. Free continental/cold breakfast. Quiet area. Very nice staff. Big pools, playground and arcade room. Spacious wardrobe, complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine.

Looks nothing like the pictures. There was a dead bug in my bed first night. When I asked them to change it, they said there was no house keeping. Ants. Breakfast was indeed cereal and bread ( hot and cold, croissants and bagels) cream cheese and jelly was provided. Pool looked nothing like the pictures. Very dark at night. But it was located in a great location, still stayed there for 7 nights. Customer service was okay. Arcade is very out of date. The gym room is terrible. The restaurant and bar never open. Really unkept. I mean it was $56 a night, what do you really expect?

The staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and accommodating, only reason I’m even giving one star, it’s for them! The hotel itself gets zero star. Let’s start with “resort fees” which to begin with this is no resort, and fees were not listed when I booked!! I had to pay an extra $82 for a three day stay even before getting the room! Then got a room that fridge was broken and wide opened filled with towels as someone was probably trying to clean a mess and didn’t finish the job. The smell of mold was unbearable, I had a headache within 20 mins of being there. The room hadn’t have a renovation since the 1920s everything was ridiculously old and falling apart!! I checked in very late close to midnight and was too exhausted to complain. The next day I asked to change room, I really couldn’t stay with the mold smell, I couldn’t sleep all night, was a big deal. Staff were amazing and gave me a different room. Second room was even older than the first one! Bathroom door didn’t close, and I don’t mean it didn’t lock, it did not close! You had to use the bathroom with door wide open!! There were cigarettes burn stains everywhere in the bathroom, the door was completely rusted and towel rack was about to fall on your head at any moment! Was like I was in a horror movie!! Room door was hard to close, I really had to slam shut in order to close. The carpet was gross. I got out of the shower barefoot and stepped on the carpet and was sticky, to the point I had to rewash my feet! BAD stay!

I was not given the room that was shown to me in the online advertising. I really needed a microwave but there was not one in the room. I had to wait for 3-4 hours before a room was available. We were celebrating 58 yesrs if marriage and brought our meals already prepared. Just needed to warm up but had to eat out more than anticipated. We met others at the same resort that paid significantly less than we paid for more than we did! It was very disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was apologetic and very courteous!

You can do better

First room given had the shower and sink clogged, a/c was leaking, wet rug, no proper sheets, no working phone and just falling apart, without even a trash can. We were offered a change of room but had to wait for next day after 3 pm, no exceptions, which we hesitantly accepted. Second room was in better conditions but as it is a big apt complex had to travel by car to the lobby to use a microwave since that is not offered. 2 pools and a Jacuzzi but one pool and the Jacuzzi is out of service and served as a mosquito nest. Great location and so much potential but owners settle on bare minimum, I guess.

This place has seen better days! The pool was the best thing about it. There was trash all around; my husband complained to one worker and some of it was picked up. No one at the front desk knew where the ice machines were. The cold continental breakfast was toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee! AND you had to check in with your room #! Right outside of the pool gate, was a broken, jagged light. We told the front desk about it and a woman walking around with a clip board. We were there 4 days and never saw it fixed! I would also like to know how Hotels.com can charge a resort fee and then when you check-in they tell you there is another resort fee! We ended up paying another $125 above what Hotels.com told us. We cannot recommend this dump to anyone!

My room looked nothing like the pictures. The entire property needs an overhaul. There 7 nights, only received 1 day of maid service. Furniture beyond old, chest of drawers all broken. One chair at a table for four. For having to pay another $189 on top of the Expedia prepay for a "booking fee & resort fee" it sure didn't feel very resorty. Beds are small doubles. Breakfast? 5 different types of bread, 3 types of cereal, fruit cocktail out of a #10 can, peanut butter or jelly for your bread or bagle. Fresh fruit, if your lucky. A lot of the property is in deplorable shape, nothing like the pictures I saw on the website. I feel I was mislead. The good: The employees are pleasant. The bedding and towels are clean. Had plenty of hot water. Because most of the resort seems abandoned, it was quiet. The pool's water in all 4 pools looked good, warm water. They are super close to Disney and in a very desireable location. Would I stay here again? Most likely not. I mean it seems like they are keeping it afloat and hoping a developer wants to buy the entire thing, tear it down and make something grand. Trouble is, they are siting on a gold mine in terms of location and land size, but they bit off more than they can rehab. Sad, really, in its day I bet this was quiet the place.

The room was shocking, smelt strongly of mould. Very tired old resort / rooms. The bedding was lovely very clean and fresh, it was out of place in the room though. Loud aircon and windows doors felt insecure. The reception staff were lovely during booking in and when I raised concerns, an alternative room was offered but I had already found another hotel to stay at.
