Unique, historic hotel with thoughtfully furnished rooms. Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, fantastic location, highly recommended for a quintessential experience!
The lobby is charming.
We are seniors. The stairs were tricky due to the uneven treads. There is an old fashion elevator to use. The bedroom was ok but the bathroom didn’t have anyplace to set things down and the step up was challenging for me.
All in all if you like old and appreciate the funky amenities you will like this.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

For the value the property is perfectly adequate. Staff was available if needed. The rooms are as quaint as they were when the hotel opened in the late ‘70’s. The location is the real asset of this hotel, you are right in the middle of all Winter Park activities.
Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking Park Street. Also the hotel is connected to a fantastic restaurant and pub. It’s a throwback to old Florida.
We had a wonderful time. It was Quaint, and charming. No it's not a Luxury resort. It old Florida. Great location. We want to go back. Local cuisine was excellent!
We love these older boutique hotels and this one was wonderful and we had a balcony overlooking the park next to the train station and watched trains go by all day long it was charming!!!
