Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
BAD overall experience. Booked for 4 nights and prepaid.After one night - asked to finish 2 nights a full price and cancel last two nights due to below info. Townhome refused and refunds. This is what we walked into: ( I have photos and videos of moving bugs, pee stains, etc...) Walked into room with Guest bed pee/urine stain right in the middle of bedspread. Bathroom had 3 different moving bugs on floor. Also 2 varieties on hair on floor,not my color. Shower curtain 4" too short and water runs on Floor. Outside lights outside bedroom window that stay on all night with no ability to turn off. Room stays light enough to not need to have a nightlight. No curtain on guest bedroom window/door- can look right into bed area. Only decent air unit is in living area, so bedroom stays warm all night - not enough air flow. Cheapest items, Dollar Tree style in unit. Manager man rude - on his time. Also - "For Rent" sign in front yard as you drive up. NOT a business?? BAD overall experience.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2026
