good location quiet hotel
Good location nearby highway. Large parking lot and electric vehicle charger also be available. But no good facility management especially shower booth drainage. House keeper didnt lock my room after cleaning until my late return. refrigeater, iron and board, room svc of food are available. Restraunt is not big but it is ok.

I stayed at Mercure Hotels before and I am sorry to say that but this one was the worst and because Christmas is coming, i payed the most... The staff was kind-helpful and room was clean but 1. pillows were so so uncomfortable, 2. AC was not running properly, 3. The water while you take shower sometimes boils, I am not exaggerating really it boils, I was about to have a burn and 4. there were no slippers in the room.

Passt für ein Wochenende. Es ist nicht wirklich zentral gelegen. Restaurants hat es nur wenige in der Nähe.

Hotel with Tesla super chargers
Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg. We chose it because it is easy to get into Strasbourg either by car or public transport, and because it has Tesla chargers in the car park. Also found out the hotel has its own slow car charger which is free for guests but didn’t find out about this before we used the super chargers! Only negative to the hotel is that the restaurant was closed for dinner on Saturday night due to lack of staff. Breakfast was very good though.

Moyen pour un Mercure, le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre. La seule porte coulissante de la salle de bain / toilettes séparé ( bizarre comme configuration) se bloquait et ne fonctionnait pas bien ! Sinon hôtel calme

Hotel avec parking. Restaurant fermé. Chambre avec une salle de bain mal conçue, avec une porte coulissante commune avec les WC, et bloquée sans technicien de maintenance disponible. Literie confortable et propre. Moquette usée. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Un hôtel assez médiocre dans sa catégorie.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Très bien situé, zone calme et silencieuse, à proximité des autoroutes. Personnel agréable et disponible. Le restaurant est excellent, limite gastronomique pour certains plats. Supercharger Tesla sur place.

Trotz anderer Angaben, gab es kaum Personal (Rezeption, Service), das Deutsch oder Englisch verstand oder sprach. So konnte uns niemand erklären, wie das Tor zum Pool aufzubekommen war (wir haben es irgendwann geschafft, es war aber sehr kniffelig) oder die Kafferemaschine funktionierte. Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Situation idéale, pour un séjour agréable.
Rapport qualité/prix très correcte. Proche autoroutes, mais assez en retrait pour être au calme. Superchargeur Tesla sur place, très pratique ! Personnel très serviable, et impliqué.
