"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Small room but it’s was reasonable.
The great thing is its bathroom.
You can see whole tarmac from your bathroom.
Airplanes from all over the world, beautiful view at night, perfect sunrise .
Its promotional service was also great. You can get free breakfast and free drink. I enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine. Checking in and out are operated digitally.
"
"It was run by robots. If you're introverted, it's definitely for you.
Location wasn't bad, a quick walk to the metro where you can go back into Tokyo or ride to the Terminal.
About that...
They only have a shuttle to the airport at 2 areas of the day, morning and late evening.
If your flight is in between, you're SOL.
However, they also have free luggage storage which is clutch if you wanna grab some last minute anime and head back after you checked out.
All in all...a great place!"
"We only stayed one short night before a flight so didn't experience all of the hotel's offerings. Our room for 5 people was super spacious and clean (one small double bed each). It was well stocked with amenities and pyjamas (first for us but didn't fit us large adults). Close to train station and many konbinis with a Lawson directly across the road. Loved the shuttle bus which starts at 5.50am every 1.5 hours and goes to all terminals. (Website not correct). "
Explore the great outdoors at Nishi-Rokugō Park, a lovely green space in Tokyo. Make time to visit the area's shops, or simply enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
