For a Japanese hotel, the room are actually quite room and enough space to storage. Room are very clean, looks newer, staff is friendly and helpful. Metro station across the street. Not a whole lot to do around the area, business district, but plenty of places to eat. Good inexpensive option to base out of while exploring Tokyo.

We had 2 adjacent rooms with a divider that can open or close so it worked out for us because we get 4 beds and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Location is pretty central with about 10-15 minutes walk to shopping area and train station. Area is close enough to dining options and of course multiple Family Mart, 7-11, and Lawson along the way. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was incredible. Amenities were good. It’s near two major train stops - Omori and Omori-kaigan (just 8-10 minute walk), a fabulous Indian restaurant Shree, across from Ito Yokoda (a large department store). The staff was very receptive, helpful and extremely friendly.

Great hotel!

Friendly staff, excellent room, great buffet breakfast, easy access to Haneda airport and when good for staying in Tokyo as it's close to Shinagawa station and you're not in a crazy busy area but there's also lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!
