"My husband and I stayed for about 10 days for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind each day. The room premium room was very spacious and I adored hearing the train go by while taking a bath each night. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept great! "I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "The room is cleaned and bedsheets changed every 3 days unless you request them to clean it. So it’s definitely for longer stays. The staff was super helpful. These are very very small rooms. Theres no iron just fyi. Theres a warming board. Theres no where to hang your clothes because of the space. Just be aware it’s tight. Pack super duper light if you’re staying here. The tub/shower is FANTASTIC. it was my friend after a long day of walking. It was like my own personal onsen. And it fills all the way to the top. They dont provide salts so you can buy your own though. The laundry machines downstairs work but you need your own detergent. The dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry all the clothes and make sure you have US DOLLARS to change to yen because the washing machine only takes 100 yen coins. Airconditioning and ventilation is great. Theres no free breakfast but theres a sizzler downstairs and Very convenient 711 downstairs. In the morning S.rides are waiting in the front to take you out. The outside is not for kids. Its for young single people. There are a lot of bars and girls bars for men only. This is the red light district so just be aware but if you take your family here, you can easily take them elsewhere w the cars/taxi parked in front. Overall very great deal for what we got. We didnt stay the whole trip and moved to ginza the last 7 days. We booked for 11 nights. Staff is super nice!!!!"

"My only “complaint” and it isn’t really a big deal, were the laundry amenities. Because it’s such a large hotel with many guests, it can be difficult to find an open washing machine without having to wait. Other than that it was a great experience and a wonderful hotel."

"We loved our stay at Hotel ChinzansoI. This is a beautiful property set in stunning gardens which is a true luxury in Tokyo. From check in to check out the hotel staff were welcoming and eager to accommodate us. Our rooms were large and beautiful with wonderful amenities and a fantastic garden view. We enjoyed busy days in different areas of Tokyo and enjoyed being in a tranquil and peaceful environment at the end of the day. We did not have a car, but found it easy to reach any area of Tokyo with either public transportation or taxi. We would highly recommend this property."

"arrived after a veryyyy long day of travelling and the staff was so helpful to get me checked in quickly and easily! i had booked a single person room and while the room itself was small but clean and tidy, and made good use of the space with storage under the bed for my suitcases, so it was perfect for my needs on this trip! the provided amenities were great, staff in the hotel were helpful and kind, and the wifi and luggage storage after checkout were great. it was a super quick walk to the Otsuka station and the Yamanote line that got me around the city, only about a 15 minute walk to Ikebukuro as well, and the nearby konbini was handy - absolutely would stay here again!"
