"Room layout and full kitchen was great overall.. water pressure in the showers was to weak.. only 3 elavators but usually 2 working for guests as staff use 1 for service.. this creates long waiting times going up and down as needed. Underground Parking easy to get in and out of… the location of hotel is very close to parliament hill and just a short walk to many great shops and restaurants in Byward market.."
