“The staff were very helpful and kind. Water pressure in shower was not very good. Hot water in bathroom sink was a trickle. Bed was super comfy. Hot Springs King room does not mean there is a hot springs tub next to your room. Made a mistake with that. Paid $20 extra a night for nothing extra. Could have just booked the king bedroom and call it good. ”

“Yes it’s an older property but so are the majority of places to stay in Ouray. Room was large and clean. Had everything we needed. It was cold outside in the 20’s and we didn’t have to put the heat on. Breakfast was fine, was to be expected. Gentleman that was at the front was extremely nice and friendly and explained everything. ”
