2/5 - Disappointing
Terrible experience being at a hotel with lukewarm (at best) bath water. The run around wasn't fun. They offer me a ice cream discount card or something else I didn't want.

If you're spending some time in Garrison, Baltimore Sports & Novelty and Foundry Row are top sights worth seeing.

Kitchen staff was awesome. I think the 2 ladies that was serving food names were Karen & Shannon. Outstanding efforts with the upkeep of the kitchen, greeting everyone, & making everyone feel comfortable & welcome.

The staff Miss Denice was a joy and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely stay again.

There was no breakfast buffet that was advertised. The only option for breakfast was in the café, but they were so slow just getting a small cup of coffee I opted to not order.

Owings Mills is a very clean town. I liked the fact that although I have never heard of the town, they had a lot of stores and food there to eat. I would visit there again without hesitation. Its was a nice trip and would do it again.
I have stayed in another Hampton Inn with my family in Eastern Avenue and that was a perfect stay, from the food to customer service, but this one the service and breakfast wasn't that good. eggs and sausage for 4 days c'mon now.
Nice, it is up and coming.
Krystal was an amazing help with my stay.
