“The stay was almost perfect. We had one very bad experience with the sales rep for their time share. They really pressured us to go to the presentation to offer a free massage and made it clear we were not interested in the time share. Long story short the sales guy got super angry and started yelling in our faces and did not give what was promised. Never been treated in such a horrible way at any property for any reason. Only reason did not give a worse review is because the rest of the stay...

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm...

“나름 1박에 10만원 넘는돈 주고 예약했는뎅... 방에 들어가자마자 우선 하수구 냄새가났구요 화장실에서 나는 이 역한냄새때문에 이말닦다가도 구역질이 올라왔어요 저는 멕시코에서 살아서 샤워기헤드가 녹슨것정도는 이해할수있지만 녹슬어도 너무 녹슬었고 헤어드라이기조차 없었고요 강아지동반이라 좋은데 그것때문에 괜히 애완견없는사람들은 밤마다 시끄러운데 와서 잠을 설칠필요는 없을거같아용 침구류나 방상태는 깔끔한편은 아니였습니당 오늘 5만원짜리 다른숙소왔는데 여기가 더 좋네용 카운터분들은 친정하셧습니다”

“El lugar es muy bueno, las instalaciones son adecuadas por el precio. Las atenciones de Blanca( Blanquita) y su esposo fueron excelentes. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Volveremos solo por el excelente trabajo que hace Blanca. Habíamos reservado una habitación en la planta baja que fue donde pasamos la primer noche, pero nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba remodelada ya que iban a iniciar la renovación en nuestra habitación original. Lo único que no nos gustó fue un pequeño...
