"Hotel is beautiful, great service, big, clean rooms with great views, great staff, very attentive, the beach it is on has warm water and soft sand with light waves, the two poolside bars have very attentive bartenders who make great drinks and serve you quickly, and the multiple pools on the property are warm. there’s always enough room for everyone, hotel provides plenty of beach and poolside lounge chairs, same with the restaurants and buffet, plenty of room so you don’t really have to wait for much unless the resort is super full, the property is large, but very walkable, would recommend to family and friends because we had an amazing time here."

"From the check in to check out all the staff were friendly, and accommodating. We visited 2 of the specialty restaurants during our stay and both were excellent, we were learning a little Spanish every morning when we picked up our towels( apologies for our terrible pronunciation) and overall we enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you for an amazing vacation"

"Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad."
