"Sadly this was our second time at this property and our first stay was great. This stay was not good First night room flooded as drains were blocked and noisy construction started every morning around 6am towels were stained and very aged. The property offered us a Buffet breakfast which was not very good. 😌 the pools need maintenance very dirty. They also need to control the other guests had people screaming and running down our hall couple sleepless nights. I realize it’s not high season but I expected a lot better"

"Fue una experiencia horrible, te ponen un brazalete que debes de portar en toda tu estancia, si se te despega o se te pierde se te cobran 697.00 pesos, si estás en la alberca es muy probable que se te despegue. No se aceptan visitas si tu familia o amigos te quieren visitar. Las personas dejan apartados camastros y mesas en el área de piscina y no están ahí, ni entiendo cómo permiten eso. En nuestra última noche soñaron las alarmas de incendio a media noche, la salida de emergencia en súper mal estado, mi hijo tiene un problema en sus rodillas y lo tuve que bajar literalmente cargando y tiene 15 años, nadie clarificó que pasó, no nos dijeron que pasó y si estábamos a salvo o no, una experiencia horrible, nunca hubo nadie que nos pudiera dar información, los huéspedes estábamos en el lobby, en planta baja o otros en la playa. Jamás me volvería a hospedar en este hotel. Necesitas una identificación para que te den toallas de la alberca, si se llegan a manchar por lo más mínimo te cobran extra, y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo porque no hay un empleado que esté ahí para entregarte las toallas y las tienes que regresar en esa área para que te regresen tu identificación y esperar hasta que alguien llegue a el área, etc.. las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación las tienes que regresar al hacer check out. Pagas el estacionamiento y duran casi 1 hora los valet parking en traerte tu carro."

"This was our first time visiting this hotel, and the experience was truly wonderful. What made it even more special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. As visitors from California, it means a lot to see that our people and our culture are never forgotten. It was a pleasure to visit our beloved Mexico and feel so welcomed. We would like to especially thank Junior, Carlos, Miguel, and Juan at the pool area for their outstanding service. Also, a special thank you to our guide Jimmy, who took us out on the sailing excursion and made it a memorable experience. We would also like to recognize Josué from housekeeping and our butler for their excellent attention and professionalism throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable.
