Second time I’ve stayed here and I still think it’s fantastic! Of course it could use some updates, but you can’t beat the rate and location. Think of it as a luxury camp ground and you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location and space

This spot is great for walking into town, it absolutely served its purpose for us! The room space was good, the bed was SO comfortable, but the overall room cleanliness was lacking.

Cute; right on a busy street

The room was fine, nothing spectacular. We slept all right, so it was comfortable enough. We liked the surrounding area, with the river walk and close proximity to the hot springs; we also were able to easily walk to many places to get food. The WiFi sucked; we never were able to connect, and cell service was bad, too, so don’t plan on streaming anything for entertainment!

Property is undergoing a renovation. There were some issues while we were there but they are being fixed room by room. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. The “continental breakfast” is cereal. But there are fantastic breakfast places very close within walking distance.

While the staff for check-in was a delightful fellow, the room was marginally clean. I'm not sure the floor had ever been mopped (the soles of my feet were black within minutes). The bed was comfortable enough and the location was very handy....but if you value cleanliness, this is not the place for you.

Simple and inexpensive

Arrival experience was excellent, fast checking and friendly staff. Room was dated and the shower drained slower than ideal but the price was low. Thermostat on wall was inoperable, radiator under window gave some warmth on a cold night. Easy walking to restaurants and bars, very short walk to river and mule deer in parking lot were a bonus!

The first room had not been cleaned…apparently for quite awhile. Bathroom floor was so dirty and we’re not sure the bed linens had been changed. They did give us another room that was better. Continental breakfast was good.

Management staff was friendly, cabin was fair-quaint which was cool. needed some updates, no towel racks on bathroom, water heater had leaked and was dirty around it, AC didn’t work very good - had to open windows and run AC to cool it which finally happened about 3AM.

This was a las minute reservation. The staff was great! But unfortunately The ac was in the bathroom window and there was a gap so anyone could see in there if they were looking and it didnt cool the room very well, It was a little dirty lol our feet were sticky after we showered feom the floor but the bed was clean and comfy so it was ok. The area is beautiful! Lots to see and do, plenty of shops, restaurants, dispos close by.

The sheets were dirty, it was cold and had to go buy an extra blanket, there was no blow dryer and checkout was earlier than most places. But the staff was helpful and fixed all of those issues.

Too many negatives.

Positives: table and lamp with electric outlet and USB port, bed comfortable, nice pillows, bed was clean. Negatives: no rug for bathtub, old and worn out, needs painting, the bathtub was so worn it looked dirty, dirty shoe prints in bathroom, breakfast present on our stay, two pieces of bread, 3 pieces of raisin bread, 4 muffins, no cups for coffee, yogurt and milk. The place is just rundown. For sale sign in the window.
