모든 것이 완벽한 호텔
숙소 청결상태와 넓은 공간이 가격대비 좋았으며, 1층로비가 매우 넓어 간단한 대화를 나눌수 있는 공간으로 충분했다. 또한 메콩강변에 위치하여 개방감과 풍경이 아름다웠으며, 부대시설(수영장, 마사지샾)이 잘 되어있고 주차장도 매우 넓어 굉장히 편리한 숙소였다. 직원들도 모두 친절하여 좋았다.

풍경이 멋있으나 시스템이 문제
처음 체크인 할때 부터 문제 발생! 분명 바우처에 어른 3명이라고 되어 있는데 추가요금을 받으려 했음. 설명을 해도 통하지 않았으나 메인 매니져에게 설명하지 해결! 하지만 체크 아웃 할때도 똑같은 문제가 발생 기분을 나쁘게 함.

전반적으로 좋지만.. 와이파이 / 로밍 기대하지 마세요. 혼자보단 두명이 가기 좋은 호텔.
한국사람들을 위해 한글로 작성. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이다. 하지만 시내에서 벗어나 있고, 로비에서만 와이파이가 잘 터진다. 그리고 로밍도 잘 터지는 편이 아니다. 저녁 늦은 이후로 시내에 나갈 생각 없고 호텔에서 맥주 한잔 하실 분들은 여길 추천한다. 다른건 없다.

멋있는호텔 다시가고싶은호텔입니다.
맛있는 음식 좋은시설 호텔에서 보이는 강가 탁트인 전망 오성급 호텔 이라도 전혀이상하지 않은 이상적인호텔입니다 다음에팍세에가면며칠머물고싶은호텔입니다

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was emaculate and clean. Breakfast bar was more like a Breakfast/Brunch with lots of options to eat.

The hotel is in a great location on the river and overlooking the bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is a bit dated and run down in some areas but still a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Si vous venez à Pakse pour du tourisme, ne prenez pas cet hôtel. Il est proche du grand marché, mais voilà tout. Immense building loin du centre, où l on ne vous aidera pas à organiser vos excursions. Pour avoir demandé un taxi: 30min d attente. Nous avons changé d hôtel dès le deuxième jour.

I stayed there 6 nights from 11/27 to 12/02 and booked two rooms for family of three. One night, we came back from our day trip, tired and want to shower and go to bed; walked in our room - smelling so bad. I went down and told front desk that our room smells bad and cannot stay in there. Front desk told me that they will send someone to look at it. We waited outside for awhile, no one came. I went down to front desk again, and saw the staffs did not do anything. I told them to go smell the room themselves and let me know if they can stay there. So, one of the workers (he’s not the front desk, looking like he’s security. He told those staffs to go ahead changed the room for me.). They went up to our room, and the security guy said it smells like the death rat in the A/C room. This is one of the incidents that the staffs are careless.

ホテル内で過ごすには快適ですが、ホテル内以外のレストランには、少し歩く必要があります。スーパーと隣接しているので、飲食物や生活用品はすぐに買いに行けます。ホテルから徒歩でなく、車で周辺各地を回るなら便利だと思います。

Very helpful and friendly staff. Checking in literally took a minute. They had our room keys ready when we walked in. The hotel is older but we got a suite for $50/night so it was worth it. Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.

The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby. In our travel through Laos this was the first facility where Internet did not work. We had pretty good service even in isolated areas...

Grand hotel in Pakse
Stayed there for one night, a bit disappointed when I arrived after a long bus trip that I had to wait one hour for the room to be ready (+200 rooms this is why I chose this hotel so I could relax after the long trip). But they were quicker than expected and I could get my room within 30 minutes. Very nice lady at the reception. The spa was a joke at first. No welcoming, no spa menu handed, they took me directly to the cabin. Massage was ok.
