“Nice stay. Clean. Helpful staff. Nice but not great breakfast. Plus having a traditional pub across the car park. Otherwise nothing else close. Would stay here again if in area.”

“Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. We liked it so much we booked another night. I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night. Thank you. Teresa Dobinson.”

“We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto...

“Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking.”

“모두 좋았으나, Deposit을 돌려 받지 못함.”

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...

“If your looking for an overrated hotel then this is your place!!! Dated old dirty pillows, hair in the bed, chips in the mirror bed so uncomfortable you might aswell sleep on the floor dirty towels, don't get me started on the parking fee aswell, 9 pound! Reception staff on arrival grumpy as hell! Reception staff when leaving very nice and helpful shame they wasn't working when we arrived! Overall wished we had just booked a Premier inn that worked out cheaper with decent beds aircon and all that...

“Good”

“Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor.”

“The room was very clean, very comfortable, with quality fittings. Comfortable bed, quality bedlinen, soft towels, helpful host - highly recommended.”
