Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas
8/10 Good
"The room had a fantastic view, but was in need of some upgrading to the bathroom and flooring. The cleaning staff was good but over zealous. They knocked on the door early on our first morning there. They wanted in by 10 to clean. Not sure why, but I figured they made a mistake and must have thought we were supposed to be checking out."
Hilton West Palm Beach
8/10 Good
"The resort is wonderful, very beautiful property with helpful staff. However, upon check-in we were offered to join a new Club at the hotel. It was $75/day per person and we were advertised that food and drinks would be plentiful and all-you-can eat. However, upon entering the Club we had the impression that it was just a shared workspace. Not very premium feeling, it just felt like a workspace with some tables. You could drink wine or beer at certain hours, no liquor, and there were hors d'oeuvres only -- the hors d'oeuvres were not a great quality, especially when compared with the other food on the premises. We don't feel like the value was anywhere near worth what we paid, and it really left a bad taste in our mouths. I feel like the whole thing was oversold, to the point of it being misrepresentation. I caution anyone interested to pass on this "new amenity.""

"This hotel is top-notch! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. A chef prepares made-to-order dishes, all included in your stay; a wonderful touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. Location is great for families who are traveling for baseball tournaments. Price is very reasonable, will definitely book again!"
