“My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was. “Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

“The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. “This is the world class hotel and spa. It’s still new so they’re working on improvements, but it’s a definitely must go to one of the nicest spas people are cool. Beautiful views is very serene.”

“First time staying in a Hampton Inn.we stayed one night. Was wonderfully surprised. The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. We would stay again if 8n the area. ”

“We had to pay in advance through Expedia for a room that was billed as waterfront and when we arrived we were given a a room with a view of the walkway and the we could not move to another room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the air conditioning would get so loud we did not get more than a few hours sleep total. Terrible stay and I will not return. ”

“The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me.”
