"It was everything that I hoped it would be. I loved the hotel and the food. The beds were really comfortable. The only problems that I had were: our phones wouldn't work. We couldn't get really good internet connection, and did not want to join the unsecured guest Wi-Fi. The TV channels they had were awful, and because I couldn't use my phne, I couldn't cast something from my phone onto the TV, so nothing real good to watch on TV. It's not my favorite beach. It's hard to enjoy yourself when the waves are so hard, and the sand is so soft, it's just really hard to get into the water at that beach. Luckily , the pool area was over by the ocean , so we could see the ocean from the pool. We went to the pool everyday, and 2 days to the beach as well. We didn't use the spa, It was unbelievably expensive. It was 3x the price for a facial than what I can get in Ponte Vedra to which I already have a membership and was not going to pay those prices. Also great sevice from the staff. We were treated like royalty. The gym was amazing and I used it 2x out of 4 days, and they offered free pilates and yoga classes in the morning."

"Room-The room 710 was clean but the condensation kept the bathroom floor outside the shower dangerously wet. More importantly and shockingly, there was no grab bar anywhere in the bathroom where the floor is consistently wet due to condensation. The tile outside the shower is slippery. The bathroom should be inspected because it is a tragedy waiting to happen. I notified the front desk staff who promised to tell management. Staff- the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast-I choose to have all my meals outside of hotel. Bar- bar was good. Was able to watch the games. Wished happy hour was extended like the other Embassy in West Palm Beach"
