They are supposed to clean the room every other day. Did not clean and I was told they would bring me the towels and sheets to do it myself. Called and complained and could never get anyone on phone for customer care to respond except to be transferred. no amenities what do so ever. No bottled water. Nothing in fridge. No safe. Not worth the money. Hilton honors did not help

Breakfast "buffet" choices were terrible. Literally insulting to ask that i pay an.extra $16. for such mediocrity. No fruit. Terrible bakery items. Fatty sausage and sad powdered scrambled eggs ? Most hotels give this kind of shabby bottom-of-thr-barrel basic breakfast for FREE.

I didn’t care for the breakfast offered especially since it was $10.00 a piece for a continental choice. I thought it should have been included with the price of the room. For that reason alone we will not stay here again. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

I didn’t sleep. Loud bang in pipe behind wall. Had to try ear buds with music to drown it out. Was there one night and it was horrible.

Very convenient location just a short hop off of I95 at Exit 50. The shower was rather weak though and seemed to cycle through from hot to more tepid water rather quickly, so that it required a lot of adjustments, even for a pretty brief shower. Pool area was nice and appreciated having hot tea/coffee available constantly.

The property was clean, staff was nice, comfortable bedding and quick response to a small issue we had with replacing the soap. Would give it 5 stars but there was a fire alarm that woke me out of my sleep and everybody had to vacate the premises and wait outside. Not sure what happened but after about 15 minutes or so they let us back in. Breakfast was not included and it was tough to find parking if you got back to the hotel after 9:00 p.m. I would definitely stay again!

The room has a smell right when I open the door that I don’t smell on other hotels I stayed in and I kept sneezing. I am allergic to whatever detergent they use on beddings.

my air conditioning unit was not working and was not fixed during our 6 day stay there. I would prefer daily room makeup rather than asking for this service. Coffee and toiletries should be replenished daily. Staff was very nice.
