The Saugaro " vibe" is alive and well. Please don't let the new owner change that! The wonderful free breakfast (made to order) is by far the best out there and the cocktail coupons are always a hit. Such fun!

Overall, my stay was okay. The hotel has a fun and colorful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for exploring Palm Springs. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. However, some areas of the property and the rooms could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were a few details that could have been improved.

The property was super cute. Loved all the bright colors and pool area. The rooms are a bit dated and don’t have much light, but the beds were comfortable and the ac was newer in our unit. It took someone coming out to help us with the ac in our second room, but eventually got it to work.

We arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:30am and were allowed to enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The pool and lobby restrooms were messy and dirty from the night before but cleaned well later that morning. The hallway that our room was located in had a few pieces of trash (napkins and papers) laying around. We also booked a pool view suite and were stuck in the corner without a view of the pool. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly, the onsite restaurant was amazing and the pool was fun & clean. We also had a very affordable deal, so overall were happy with the stay,

My room was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I had a view of the pool from the second floor. My dog Palmer and I had a nice couple of days. I had a CBD massage at the spa the restaurant there was excellent. The staff was superb. I’ve stayed here many times. The stairwells could be a little cleaner and it needs a little like a spruce up.

My family and I came to The Saguaro Hotel for the Disco fun party and it was amazing !! We will definitely come back and enjoy this beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and helpful especially Jisauri he has great customer service! I love the Saguaro l and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great time here in Palm Springs.
