โThis was my first visit to Panama, along with my husband. The front desk staff were excellent and so helpful. I can't speak enough about how great they were. I almost hated to leave. Overall, the hotel was very clean but like others said, the AC was a bit noisy, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping soundly. โThe staff was very kind Eduardo was exceptional. He anticipated every need. The first night he gave us a map of the area and showed us how to get around the city. He made sure we knew the best restaurants, when and where the festivals were being held. He was always at the door if we arrived home late, to ensure our safety

โThe place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.โ
