Beautiful and peaceful resort
Staying at PLR was good Staffs were very friendly and food was also good. If you can afford your vacation cost, you should visit and enjoy this place.

프라이빗한 휴식을 취하고싶다면...
모든것이 완벽하고 아름다운섬에서 조용하고 행복한 시간을 보냈답니다. 날씨땜에 스노쿨링을 못한게 못내 아쉽고 몇일 더 머물고싶은 아쉬움을 뒤로하고 나왔네요...와이프가 꼭 다시 가자고하네요 ^^

훌륭한 숙박과 이동 정보 제공까지....
하드웨어 소프트웨어 모두 훌륭한 리조트 였습니다. 다만 섬에 있는 리조트이다 보니 공항에서 부터 찾아가는 방법이 쉽지 않았습니다. 호텔에서도 성수기라 차량 어랜지가 어렵다하여 여러 검색을 통해 차량섭외가 가능하였습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 이동 방법에 대한 다양한 정보도 제공해 주셨다면 더욱 즐거운 여행이 됐을거라 생각이 듭니다.

Extremely relaxing and friendly, Robin who looked after me in three of the restaurants was very knowlegable and jovial. All staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Pangkor Laut Resort to anyone wishing to have a memorable and enjoyable holiday

Love the tranquility and surreal feeling. It’s peaceful and relaxing. Totally enjoyable. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Definitely will come back again!

Excellent service by the team at Pangkor Laut who served us at our 4 Bedroom Villa at the Estates. Chef cooked plenty of delicious fresh meals to keep us well over fed. Butler was amazing, efficient & thoughtful of us. Staff at every corner willing to make sure we are being catered to our every needs and issues that we may have faced. Overall words can’t describe the amazing service we have received during our stay. One of a kind experience if you decide to splurge on the “Estate” package. Highly recommended!

A captivating experience at Pangkor Laut!
Pangkor Laut Resort is such a consummate hotel with placid environment and vivacious amenities. If you would like to escape from the crowds for few days, you will find the Hotel as a successful permutation of what was in style before. First, the Hotel easily prepossessed us with sedulous staff with jocund attitude! Although the trip has only lasted for three days, it's such a catholicon for securing constant gratification. The winsome natural environment and the vigorous hotel service are advantages indeed, however, the food provided by the restaurants seems to be unsavory with insufficient choices. The blemished and lackluster restaurant is the weakest link, compared to the other aspects!

Ein außergewöhnliches Ressort mit tollen Unterkünften und einer sehr weitläufigen und schönen Anlage. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt aber nicht hier nach Malaysia, auch das Essen in den Restaurants war gut aber nicht überragend.

港からスピードボートで20分弱と近く、施設も綺麗でいいリゾートです。 綺麗なビーチもありますが、海の透明度は悪い。海の綺麗な東海岸のリゾートと比べると、満足度は下がります。 スパが良いようですが、ちょっと高い… 良いリゾートですが、コスパは良いとは言えません。

自然の中で笑顔のスタッフ 細かい気配り お部屋も広く大変素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 初滞在でシステムに少し戸惑いました。 特に夕飯は早くにレストランを選び予約が必要です。 昼過ぎには予約不可能な状況があり 朝起きて、夕飯のことを考えるというのが少しリラックスできない状況でした その旨は現地でお話させていただき ました。 次回訪れた時少しシステムが変わっていれば嬉しいです。 もう一点 プールが19:00に閉まります 少し残念です これも夕飯との時間の関係でしょう。 素晴らしいホスピタリティでした。 最後にmerci beaucoup pour kylie Manéger et touts staffs ありがとうございました カイリマネージャーとスタッフの皆様へ Thanks you very much Kyilie maneger and all staffs

Amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of the boat and walked into our beach villa. Staff greeted us at the jetty and showed us to the reception area when we were given a cold refreshing drink and a cool face towel to freshen up. The ac had already been switched on in advance to keep the room nice and cold for us. Then after returning back from dinner, the room was beautifully decorated with happy birthday message on the bed with flower petals and leaves for my wife. The room was large and the bed very comfy. Service from staff was exemplary which even extended to the attention given to my 7 year old daughter during breakfast. All this made our stay a most memorable one.

Loved the design of it. Loved Emerald Bay. Spa treatment was very good. Disappointed to see that with all the problems of plastic washing up on the beach they are still using plastic bottles and straws.

This is an excellent resort, well-managed and well-designed. We stayed for 3 nights recently and had an excellent time. There are plenty of dining options and there is a wonderful place to relax and swim (Emerald Beach) that you can get an easy shuttle-bus to. Staff were very polite and very efficient.

The Villas are beautiful, and the experience at the spa was not only unique but flawless.The only issue for us was the trash in the water and costal areas. For instance, an old refrigerator and trash was in the sand in front of our water villa (117) for two days. Our last night at the hotel we had bad weather, lots of rain and thunderstorms. The strong currents drift the old refrigerator back to the sea. At Emerald bay, we found plastic bags floating and used them to pick up lots of trash. Two plastic bags full of it. I know the trash in the ocean is not the hotel's fault but more attention has to be taken to those on the shore to prevent them from drifting back into the sea.

自然の中のリゾート。
クアラルンプールから車で4時間、フェリーで着くすごく素敵な島だった。ヒルヴィラに2泊スパヴィラに1泊したが、特にヒルヴィラは全体が見渡せてビーチヴィラよりおすすめ。スパヴィラは専用のプールが素敵なので　ぜひ泊まってほしい。ホテルのアメニティにもあるが、必ず虫よけスプレーと虫刺されは日本製の医薬品を持ってくことをお勧めします。蚊がすごいです。スパは最高に気持ちいいです。泳げる海もシャトルバスが頻繁に来てくれて送迎してくれます。

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das klassisch Englisches Frühstück (baked beans, diverse Varianten vom Ei, Marmaelade, Toasts) aber auch indisches, asiatisches, Salat, Kuchen und verschiedene Früchte anbietet. Der Cappucino ist ausgezeichnet.
