"I must say this property is a lot older but for what I paid i absolutely cannot complain. The highlight of property was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Always cleaning the rooms. If I was on a strict budget I would absolutely stay here again"

"Accommodations were average. I didn't like that even though I prepaid through hotels.com, the hotel charged my credit card and kept the charge for a week before refunding. I understand the need for a security deposit but any issues should be identified within a day. There could be someone else coming in behind me that did damage that I could be liable for. Not a fan of this practice."

"Parking is a problem. When staying at the Big Texan hotel people will park their cars at the hotel then walk over to the Big Texan steakhouse. If you are staying at the hotel you should have a parking space.Management should check license plates and tow cars away at owners expense. It's a very popular bucket stop. If you're handicap in any way parking is a priority. Stay there many times and had a great time but management needs to look into the matter of parking."
