“Elevator did not work. Had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs”

“Nice little place on Route 66. Comfy and clean room with complimentary popcorn and water.”

“It’s a motel with a decent room and minimal amenities. There’s an almost 3% charge to use a credit card as payment, which was not known until I arrived at the property.”

“The elevator didn’t work in the morning so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs”

“Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!”

“Nice older hotel and usually pretty quiet during previous stays, this last time was not as quiet as there were kids running around. Over all a good stay though.”

“The staff was very helpful and the room was nice.”

“The hotel is clean and staff is friendly.”

“Bed was too hard. Pillows were lumpy and were the size of sofa throw pillows. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Tub looked like it had been coated/repainted and was peeling in a few places. Bathroom design was awkward, couldn't stand at sink with the door open. Couldn't get air conditioner to shut off, fan blew all night. Breakfast was very meh. Very unlikely we'd stay here again.”
