"Overpriced. Rooms were not cleaned. Television was snow not cleared. AC broken. Staff tried hard to make things work. Maintenance tried to fix things also. Would not recommend."

And the woman working the front desk could not have been nicer. She was very pleasant and immediately made me feel like an old friend. I’m already booking my next stay here. "

"Coffee maker didn’t work in rm 229. Refrigerator didn’t work either. Opened the frig to turn it on and it was filthy and looked like an animal turd was in there, smelt horrible as well. But you get what you pay. "

"Stayed here for one night on a solo motorcycle ride. Place was amazing and just what I was looking for. Room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Good TV with Roku. The hotel has a really cool inner “courtyard” with putt putt, slides, a pool and other family amenities. The attached bar/grill has killer food and I was able to order online and pick it up since I was tired and weathered. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The hotel is very tired. Our bathroom had a leak around the commode. The tub looked terrible. Had an excellent breakfast and very nice and accommodating staff. We have stayed at other Elegante properties and this was the worst. For what we paid. We could not recommend this property."
