"Overall, I really recommend this hotel. About 95% of the staff were courteous, kind, and genuinely happy to help, which made the stay very enjoyable. The only downside was the remaining 5%—a few employees who didn’t smile, didn’t greet guests, and seemed bothered when asked for anything. In particular, some of the pool bar staff consistently looked like they disliked their job, which was disappointing.
That said, everything else was excellent: the location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the cocktails were great quality. I would absolutely stay here again."
