"Room and grounds were exceptionally clean. The staff was VERY helpful. Food was outstanding. I would consider a meal plan if we go back. Cons: (1) Small tv sitting on the only counterspace along with a coffee and expresso machines. (2) Bedding was too heavy (could not lower the temperature enough to sleep comfortably). Bedding was a comforter inside a sham which couldn't be taken apart. (3) no microwave, I mean, we like to pop corn on some nights. Overall, hotel is very nice, however the negatives would keep me from staying again."
Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

"We had a wonderful stay at MÍA Reef and absolutely loved the location. Being at the end of Playa Norte and surrounded by beautiful turquoise water made the resort feel completely different from a typical hotel. The beach and views were easily the highlight for us, especially being able to enjoy the water and then come right back to the resort. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive experience, the food and drinks, and being able to relax without having to plan every meal. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved being close enough to explore Isla Mujeres while still having a peaceful place to come back to. The property could use some updating in a few areas, and there were a few little things that could be improved, but none of that outweighed the location and overall experience for us. Isla Mujeres was beautiful, and MÍA Reef gave us some great memories. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"Everything about this property was lovely! From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly. Day two we noticed AC was not cooling down very well, it was fixed right away. They helped us get a golf cart for a day. They arranged for our taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry on departure day. The pool was perfect after a beach day! It overlooked the ocean and was just beautiful. There's an outdoor pool bar right near the main pool. There are three pools in total. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you needed. Shower was hot! The entire hotel was as pictured and within walking distance to everything you need! Playa Norte was a short 5 minute walk. We will definitely return and would highly recommend"

"For the last 25 years, I’ve always thought about staying here and never got around to it. This trip I stayed there for four nights. My room overlooked the ocean and with the balconydoors open I could hear the waves almost coming into my room. Each balcony is equipped with a hammock to lay and just enjoy the sound of the ocean and the breeze. Wonderful sunrise. The hotel is several blocks straight up from the ferry. It is very close to a number of hotels. It has a small private pool, which was well maintained. The place is very clean limits, towels, soap, etc. are provided, but the old lady is beginning to sort of show her age but still I would highly recommend the state of just for the view and the sounds. I found the staff to be quite helpful in that morning cup of coffee downstairs was well appreciated."

"Beautiful Hotel. Amazing staff. I had a room on the bottom floor, it looked out to the pool and ocean. Clean room. the view is great. Turtles were laying eggs. I highly recommend this Hotel. I will certainly stay here again. walking distance to the best restaurant and the Swuare"

"La estancia fue muy placentera y sobre todo el personal siempre fue muy amable. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y sigue siendo nuestro hotel preferido 😊 Lo único que no se nos comentó fue que los camastros pasando la alberca eran parte del restaurante y este es independiente del hotel. Así que no puedes consumir bebidas de otros negocios como de la cafetería del hotel en los camastros. O al menos eso nos comentaron los empleados del restaurante."
