"Notre chambre du côté du Castle était très bien. Grande et propre. Le service de chambre était incroyable, les ménages à tous les jours étaient impeccables. Le service à la clientèle par contre à la réception était très ordinaire et pas très aidant. Nous avions l' impression de les déranger dès que nous avions une question ou une demande ( activités, taxis, et autres..) Sinon , l' emplacement était parfait, à quelque pas de la plage Playa Norte qui est franchement incroyable, mais bondée de monde et de bateaux. Nous avons quand même eu un beau séjour et apprécié notre chambre."

"La estancia fue muy placentera y sobre todo el personal siempre fue muy amable. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y sigue siendo nuestro hotel preferido 😊 Lo único que no se nos comentó fue que los camastros pasando la alberca eran parte del restaurante y este es independiente del hotel. Así que no puedes consumir bebidas de otros negocios como de la cafetería del hotel en los camastros. O al menos eso nos comentaron los empleados del restaurante."
