마실 물도없다. 개인물품을 잃어버렸다. 헤어 드라이기도 고장. 화장실 먼지도 계속 그대로. 샤워물이 미지근해서 감기 걸렸다. 종이 샴푸가 오래된 것이다. 비누도 마찬가지. 침대에서 냄새가 나서 머리아파 잠도 못잤다.

To be avoided like the plague! Claustrophobic and below human standards. Lift is so old and only big enough for 1 person. Room wasnt cleaned throughout our stay. Each floor is the size of one big room divided into 3 cubical rooms so you could literally hear everybody on the floor as though they're sharing the room with you. Noisy all evening till way past midnight with doors banging and questionable clientele slamming doors and going in out of their rooms multiple times in the evening. At some point, around midnight, a group of African people congregated outside our room shouting and arguing in a foreign language in a way that left us unnerved and feeling unsafe. No staff members intervened to make it stop! All they seemed to be concerned about was asking guests first thing to pay citizen tax and on subsequent days if they were checking out. The neighbourhood, though conveniently located, close to the gare du nord with direct and quick links to the airport and central Paris, was also dodgy and we were warned by many to watch our personal belongings when walking around the hotel to avoid mugging or pick pocketing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children.

High low point was no hot water. Peeling paint on the walls generally not the cleanest. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to the train station and metro. Reception had trouble with English but friendly

The hotel did not mention how tiny the elevator . It’s close thigh for one c person . You can’t even rotate yourself if you have a bagpack . There’s no wifi that worked . They provide you with password that don’t worked . The bathroom is dirty and so small shower . It’s not suited for heavy person . The corner wall of the the room they gave me the paint is coming off . The small tv and the remote is not working . Theres always front desk that barely speak English . The location is located to a bar wher 2am the drunk people are so noisy . Tbere was construction going on in front of the building that construction worker until 3am . No aircondition and so many cigarettes seller every corner . I don’t pay attention. It’s close to train station. Over all . I didn’t expected what I said in here . There’s no receipts or any paper that provided that I stayed in this hotel for 6 days . They have a book only where lists of people who stays . And they gave you the card key . Any way I have no choice I stayed until my last day .

Catastrophique
Catastrophique. Personnel incompétent, à chaque question posée, réponse « je sais pas faut que je me renseigne » etc, attente interminable avec des enfants en bas âge pour avoir une simple réponse c’est la croix et la bannière. Chambre très sale. Pas de télécommande pour la TV, nous avons attendu presque 3h qu’on nous l’a donne. Erreur de chambre, on me dit vous êtes à l’a numéro 3 ? Non je suis à la 1. impossible vous êtes à la 3. Non je suis au premier étage à la 1. Le gars me hurle presque dessus en disant qu’on est pas dans la bonne chambre ! Sauf que moi je me mets dans la chambre qu’on me donne. Point. Petit déjeuner hors de prix pour n’avoir rien à manger. La Croix et la bannière pour avoir un simple café au distributeur il faut leur demander, attendre, attendre et encore attendre et suivant le client ce n’est pas le même prix (prix différent entre mon conjoint et moi). Frigo dans la chambre HS et moisi. Lit superposé mal boulonné. Pas de parking. Ascenseur très très petit (enceinte je n’ai pas pu rentrer avec ma grande). Et j’en passe et des meilleurs. Bref je barre cet hôtel de ma liste nous n’y retournerons jamais.

This hotel was absolutely not what was advertised. The elevator didn’t even fit more than one person, let alone any suitcases. When I got into the room, it was instantly disgusted with the state of the room. There were bugs flying everywhere, and there were stains all over the sheets and pillows. The shower was extremely small, barely enough room to fit, and towels were not given to us until we asked multiple times. In the middle of the night, a bug was crawling through the bed, and I was way too uncomfortable to sleep at all.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider sind die Tage im Hotel Montana trotz eines ansonsten schönen Parisurkaubs recht chaotisch verlaufen. Das begann damit, dass unsere Vorbuchung der Parkplätze von der Rezeption nicht gebucht worden waren, so dass es zunächst einiger weiterer Erkundigungen bei einer Vorgesetzten bedurfte, um unsere Autos während der vier Tage abzustellen. Wir wurden im sechsten Stock untergebracht, der Miniaufzug führte aber nur bis zum fünften Stock. Gepäck durfte mit ihm nicht transportiert werden, infolgedessen mussten alle Koffer einschließlich der benötigten Gehhilfe in das sechste Stockwerk getragen werden. Gestern bekamen wir dann nach der Rückkehr aus der Stadt die absolute Steigerung des Chaos zu spüren: Sämtliche Gepäckstücke standen unbeaufsichtigt im Gang, sogar der Laptop, in dessen Seitentasche unser gesamtes Bargeld und Scheckkarten waren. Glücklicherweise wurde davon nichts entwendet, aber die sorglos in die Reisetasche gepackten Utensilien hatten dazu geführt, dass eine Wasserflasche ausgelaufen war und u.a. das Handy beschädigt haben. Die Buchung des Verlängerungstages (s.u. die Bestätigungsmail) war angeblich im Hotel nicht angekommen, und wir sollten das Hotel verlassen. Nur mit viel Mühe gelang es, für die letzte Nacht zwei andere Zimmer im Hotel zu bekommen, wobei die Planung des restlichen Programms durch die Arbeiten am Umzug und der Kontrolle unseres Gepäcks stark eingeschränkt wurden. Un scandale !
Un scandale. Une chambre de moins de 6 m² hors salle de bain, chaleur étouffante. Le prix affiché dans la chambre est « entre 90 et 110 € » et j’ai payé 135 pour ce réduit ! Cerise sur le gâteau je n’ai pas pu avoir la facture en partant. Et après 3 relances 5 jours après, je ne l’ai toujours pas. C’est une arnaque. Il n’y a que l’emplacement qui est correct. A fuir !

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. We were lucky enough to have paid in advance, so they did have a room for us. On the 6th floor, with tiny stairs and no working elevator (it was stuck and they would not fix it until 3 days later). So we had to climb six flights of stairs with our baggage and no help. Looking outside the windows, you could actually see garbage and old clothes hanging on the pillars. Before that, the lady demanded that we pay in advance the extra €6 for the city tax, even though are stay was prepaid. We arrived to a tiny room, with a bathroom on a slanted roof and the mirror at an angle with a tiny basin. Even worse, the shower was small enough that even children had a hard time using it. The sheets were ripped in places, but at least clean enough. Not even the fridge was plugged in for our arrival. There was a lot of noise from outside and opening the windows made it unbearable. A single pillow in terrible state for each one of us and nothing else. At least, there are restaurants around (a lot of Indian food) that are quite good to eat. When we woke up in the morning, all our stuff was covered by thin layer of dust. It was incredible. I have never seen that in my life. And it was the same, every day after. We would clean them and wake up to find them covered. No idea, what we actually breathed in that environment. Leaving on the last day was the best part of the stay. Getting as far away as possible from that horrible place.

Warning!. This hotel is a dump. Stay away like if your life depends on it. We booked a quadruple room and when we arrived they did not have it. We were told there was a problem. They gave us a smaller room BUT we had prepaid for a quadruple. Then we were informed that the elevator was broken and the room was in the fifth floor. The room was not really suitable for renting. The shower plumbing was a mess. You could see the pipe sticking out on the wall with no shower head. A hose was connected to the faucet inside the tub. The tub was very deep, slippery and had no bars making it very unsafe. I had to only wash my hair bending over the tub with room temperature water because there was no hot water. We had no bath towels. Instead they gave us two hand towels. No toiletries were provided. The bed was very low and only had one sheet. No other bedding was provided for the cold nights. The plumbing was visible everywhere in the very small bathroom. On our first day there, the room was not cleaned so I had to go down to the third floor and asked the housekeeping lady to please give us towels and toilet paper. On our last day there we came back to the room and there was no electricity. The elevator was never fixed in the three days of our stay and we kept asking. The staircase was filthy and you could see the dust as you walked on it and it was stained with white spots at the third floor level. No credit was given to us for the difference of a smaller room. Stay away!

Not the best but the hotel will always get business because they are so close to Gare du Nord. Was given a single room but I booked a twin, so was given the wrong room type. House keepers apologised and opened the door 3 times whilst I was inside the room sleeping or watching tv. Forgot to replenish towels. Room lights and fridge does not work. Cleanliness was okay, thin walls can be woken up by other guests and slow internet.

I would say the hotel was European (vs. American) hotel. The room was clean and small and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't luxurious but the hotel didn't represent itself as comfortable.

Hôtel à éviter.
Une chambre délabrée sauf la literie, le ménage qui laisse à désirer, les plafonds avec de grosses tâches, la salle de douche qui tombe en ruines. Le personnel est charmant mais fait ce qu'il peut. La tv ne fonctionnait pas, tout a été fait pour la remplacer. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas d'étoile. A éviter sauf si vous ne voulez pas coucher dehors.
