Very small but cozy. Friendly staff and front desk. Allows luggage storage until room is available. Room clean small but cozy. Don’t expect any sort of view out windows. I am okay with that since only need room to sleep. Very close to metro and such.

Basic hotel in a good location

Very basic hotel and room in a good location near Plaza Republique. The bathroom was renovated and has good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was very basic with an old carpet and chipped paint in places. Worn and faded carpet in common areas. The staff was friendly.

All the staff were amazing but the property needs desperate renovation. A perfect stay if the amenities and standards of the facility were a good part better. Perfect for a budget but it needs attention.

Nice basic room with plenty of room to move around and for an roll-away bed if you need it. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic Parisian fare, croissants, baguettes yogurt, cereal, hot drinks, and juice. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the security of the building. If you are on the 5th floor the elevator does not go up to that floor. It wasn't a problem for us, though. Very close to the metro station, bus stop, pharmacy, grocery, and a wide variety of restaurants. We were quite happy with our choice and would recommend this hotel for budget minded travelers.

Go-fest weekend break

I stopped here for Pokemon go-fest Paris 2025, Location was excellent, close to gard du nord, metro, supermarkets etc…, the major down side was the hotel needs drastic modernisation, my room was filthy, with cobwebs and marks over the walls and carpet, there is no air-con, the bathroom was so small you can’t move and mould on ceiling due to no ventilation, I personally won’t be staying here again, I understand it’s a cheaper option hotel that doesn’t break the bank, but still you deserve cleanliness of the facilities.

I really liked the location and the view . The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. What I didn't like was the carpet was a little smelly, the beds are a little too firm and the bathroom needs some attention and updating.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area to the metro and food options. The issue with it is that ot has a small elevator that fita a maximum of two people and it could also use a new carpet since the one it has has a funky smell.

The room itself was pretty outdated, which is fine, but there were quite a few stains on the floors, walls, and towels. There were also a ton of mosquitos, even when we kept the windows shut fully, which kept us awake. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. It was a good size and the staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Location was great as well, very convenient.
