외곽에 있어 관광지 이동시 시간이 좀 걸리는것을 제외하고 모든 면에서 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 조식 및 스낵바 또한 만족스러웠으며, 모던한 객실 인테리어 또한 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

추운 것만 빼면 좋았습니다.
파리 지하철 8호선 발라르(Balard)역에서 도보 10분 거리라 예약했지만 파리 교통 파업으로 트램을 타고 다녀야만 했습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 트램 2호선(T2)의 수잔 렁글렌(Suzanne Lenglen) 정류장이 있어 그나마 다행이었습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에는 아쿠아 불르바르(Aquaboulevard)라는 워터파크가 있고 거기에 맥도날드 등의 상가들이 있습니다. 바로 다음 블록에 버스정류장도 있습니다. 클럽룸에서 아침과 저녁식사가 무료인 점이 좋았습니다. 주로 빵 등으로 가볍게 식사할 수 있으며 저녁에는 와인 한 잔도 무료입니다. 클럽룸에서 거의 24시간 내내 다양한 음료를 마실 수 있고 에비앙도 하루 2병 이상 이용할 수 있습니다. 1층(한국식 2층)에 운동시설도 있습니다. 어메니티는 눅스(Nuxe)라 좋았으며 프론트 데스크에 요청하면 바디로션과 헤어 컨디셔너도 받을 수 있습니다. 직원분들은 친절하십니다. 한가지 단점은 방이 추웠다는 점입니다. 직원분에게 물어보니 환경을 위해 난방이 22도 고정이라고 합니다. 그래서 난방을 해도 찬바람만 나오는 느낌이었습니다. 전방적으로 만족할 만한 호텔이었습니다.

이번 여행 가장 만족스러웠던 호텔
호텔 소개 사진이 오히려 잘 안나온 호텔 같아요 실제로 훨씬 세련되면서 깔끔한 호텔입니다 객실 크기 만족스럽고 욕실도 깔끔합니다 무엇보다도 저녁 식사를 즐길 수 있는 특이한 호텔입니다 조식 때는 살짝 실망하기도 했지만 석식 때 분위기 보고 깜짝 놀랄 정도였습니다 직원들 모두 친절했습니다 위치가 파리 중심부는 아니지만 파업만 없다면 39번 버스. 트램2호선, 메트로 8호선 등 접근성도 정말 우수합니다 왜 평점이 높은 호텔인지 이용하면 알게되는 호텔입니다 덕분에 즐거운 여행이었습니다~~

I am from South Korea. I stayed two nights three days. Front staff and cafeteria staff were kind to me. Thank you! I could ate something in the cafeteria whenever I want! and they helped me when I want to storage my bag! Thye are very very nice to me!! Thank you!!

처음 예약하고나서는 안좋은 후기가 있어서 걱정했었는데 전혀 걱정할 필요가 없었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하였고, 호텔 1층 로비 옆 클럽에는 24시간 동안 식음료를 제공합니다. 객실 역시 청결하고 상태가 좋았습니다. 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사합니다 :)

호텔은 아주 깨끗했고 방은 작지만 둘이 쓰기에 충분하고 특히 조식과 중간중간 먹고싶을때마다 호텔레스토랑에 준비된 쥬스및 탄산음료 과자가있어서 늦은시간에도 호텔을 즐기기가 좋았다 특히 조식때 삶은달걀은 최고! 주의에 지하철역이있어 좋았다 주변은 10시면 술마실곳이없어 찾아다니긴했지만 호텔레스토랑을 이용해도 무관한듯! 룸클린 팁을 매일두고 나갔는데 가져가지않아 청소해주시는 분께 직접손에 쥐어주기도했다

The staff was great! There were some issues with room air conditioning and my key card had to be reactivated daily to use the elevators ( but each time there was an issue the staff addressed them promptly and were always very kind).

Not a romantic destination
There during Vinexpo - quite expensive room but lower standard. Simple and ok looking hotel. But in room was a platic fiber carpet all over the floor with dirty spots on. Was not so nice to walk on. The cleaning was not perfect. Breakfast was also quite pricey and it was very very basic. Even coffee ran out in the morning and no one filled up the machine. Ended up getting no coffee but still payed for the breakfast in full. The location was good though - proximity to the wine fair but otherwise horrible with high way outside of the bed room window.

Réceptionnistes très accueillantes. C’est la troisième fois que nous logeons dans cet hôtel et force est de constater que les bonnes résolutions du début s’évaporent : le snack disponible quasi toute la journée a été drastiquement réduit de même que le petit déjeuner ou le choix n’est plus de mise. Rediseñen los dormitorios
Hotel moderno pero muy , muy mal diseñado, los dormitorios no tienen closet , deben rehacer los dormitorios y poner camas normales, las que hay parecen futones, el baño bueno pero puede mejorar, muy incomoda los dormitorios, no hay donde dejar las cosas. El area comun del primer piso es excelente. El loby es muy precario, eso también deben mejorarlo.

Établissement à conseiller
Établissement vraiment agréable. Accueil de très haut niveau Devant le tramway et très proche du métro. Chambre silencieuse et spacieuse. Le service "club" est un plus très appréciable.
