오래 머물기는 좀..
3인실 예약하였는데 생각보다 방은 비좁고 알수없는 악취가 계속 났어요. 침대 매트리스는 불편하고 와이파이도 잘 안터지고, 로비 직원도 불친절. 결국 돈아깝지만 그냥 체크아웃 해버렸어요.

기대 이상으로 괜찮았음
기대했던 것 이상으로 괜찮았음. 바로 옆에 큰 슈퍼가 있고, 세탁소가 있으며, 먹을 곳도 많음. 지하철 역 2곳과 가깝고, grand boulevards 역은 도보로 3분 거리이며 숙소 오는 길에 밤 11시까지 하는 마트도 있음. 다소 오래된 건물로서, 방이 넓지는 않으나 청결하게 관리되고 있었음. 파리 북역에서 캐리어를 끌고 도보로 15분 정도 걸려 호텔에 도착하였음. 파리 지하철이 엘리베이터가 없으므로 도보가 나을 것 같음. 치안이 위험한 곳은 아닌 듯 함. 체크아웃 후 리옹역으로 가서 기차타는 일정이었는데, 카운터에서 어떻게 가는 것인지 친절하게 설명해 주었고, 대형 택시를 이용하는 것이 시간이나 비용 측면에서 훨씬 이롭다고 알려주었고, 콜까지 직접 해주고, 짐도 실어주었음. 기대하지 않았던 것이라 아주 감동했음.

overall, it was nice! this hotel has fridge and aircondition but using internet on the 6 floor required patience owing to low speed and poor connection.

The hotel was nice, however I think they should consider getting better internet service. And sound proof windows if you get a room that faces the street you will hear everything that happens outside. Also breakfast is not worth the add on. There is a couple of good shops where you can get breakfast around there for less than what they charge per day per person.

Céntrico, junto al Gran Boulevard. Muy buena zona, segura, buen ambiente, rodeado de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y servicios. Y muy cerca de las líneas 7, 8 y 9 de metro, muy bien comunicado.

Could vary by room but mine was quite old equipped - broken towelwarner/dryer and not working fridge and no air conditioning - was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a pr and was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a problem if you are there during a heat weather. Was not so clean from an north Asian point of view but mainly due to the oldness and much smaller compared to the photo shown. Had barely a space to open my suitcase. Though it is in a conveninet location, 696Euro for 3 nights personally felt overpriced but maybe this is normal for Paris during the weekend.

The staff at this facility were amazing. Very accommodating went above and beyond. This is definitely a boutique hotel which isn’t unusual for Paris so don’t expect it to be modern. But it’s clean, good location and the staff make it a very pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Chambre au 5ème étage et ascenseur en panne. Personnel gentil, mais aucun aide pour monter la valise. Chariots avec le matériel de nettoyage dans les couloirs. Pas de climatisation centralisée mais un clim portable pas assez performant. Prix exorbitant pour la qualité du séjour.

stolen belongings
My stuff got stolen or thrown away as the hotel told me. I stayed there for 11 days. For 9 days I kept some of my stuff in a corner. Bags with laundry, bags with checks and other belongings. It wasn’t touched. On day 9 we got back and some of the bags were gone. Specifically a large Louis Vuitton packaging bag. Inside there was a cotton Gucci bag and tax free checks for hundreds of euros. All thrown away. All the hotel said was “we are very sorry, the cleaning lady thought is was garbage” Also, keep in mind that real garbage wasnt thrown away there were band aids laying on the floor for days, I didn’t pick it up just to see when they’ll notice it and they never did. No proper cleaning was done. Just new towels and bed was made. And emtpy beer bottle wasn’t thrown away but a bag with belongings was. hotels .com also didnt bother arranging a full refund and told me to get police involved. when im already out of the country. ridiculous.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the cleaning at the end of your stay which was due to an error. Our housekeeping lady thought the bag was garbage and threw it away. Nous sommes arrivés devant l’adresse indiquée l’hôtel était fermé. J’ai appelé le numéro il se trouve qu’il était situé 5 numéros plus loin et pas sous le même nom que l’hotel que je croyais avoir réservé. La première nuit fut horrible. Nous avons entendu un moteur tourner et faisant vibrer la cloison juste derrière la tête de lit toute la nuit. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été exécuté de suite, seul point positif. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner nous avons détailler nos désirs avec le gérant mais ça n’a pas du tout été ce que nous avions demandé. L’hôtel est très vieillot et aurait besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement. Les carreaux de la baignoire étaient tout cassés… nous avons compris pourquoi nous n’avons payé "que" 200€ les deux nuits en plein centre de Paris…

Séjour correct . Chambre avec balcon et baignoire (appréciable). Cependant grosse déception au niveau du petit déjeuner servi en chambre, on nous explique que cela est à cause du covid cependant de nombreux hôtels le serve sous forme de buffet malgré les circonstances sanitaires. Nous nous retrouvons avec un petit déjeuner servi dans des sacs papiers … ce qui est servi et néanmoins bon mais il y manque le fromage blanc demandé. Assez décevant à ce niveau !!! Aucune indication dans la chambre pour joindre la réception … Chambre assez bruyante située juste à la sortie de l ascenseur qui est tombé en panne en plus 3 fois lors de notre séjour : peu confortable quand on se situe au 5ème étage …

A reliable choice in the main shopping district
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close the main shopping area, yet in a quiet side street. Our original booking was for the Pavillon Opera hotel located on 11 rue Geoffroy Marie, but due to some building work it got transferred to another branch of the hotel on 15 rue Geoffroy Marie. That did not make any difference, as the locations were only a few meters apart. We checked early at 11am as our room was already available. That was much appreciated. The room was as you can expect. It had an electric heater, which you had to switch on yourself and an empty mini-fridge. The breakfast consisted of 4 items - you choose them from a list which you hand in to the reception the day before - delivered to your room. Our bathroom had a bath, 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels. The hotel has all the standard amenities, good service and a great location.

Propre, calme mais.....
Hotel Propre, chambre très petite, bruyante car à côté de l'ascenseur dont la porte fait beaucoup de bruit. Coussins et dessus de lit tout effilochés. Carreaux manquant dans la salle de bain... Pas de salle de petit déjeuner... Je suis allée prendre mon petit-déjeuner au bistrot d'en face. Je ne voulais pas déjeuner dans ma minuscule chambre avec vue sur le mur... Je pense que je n'avais pas la chambre demandée sur le site...
