Overall, this property was satisfactory for the purpose of visiting Disney. However, we were not informed prior to our arrival that the property was undergoing renovations, which resulted in some unexpected inconveniences such as exposed wires, unfinished walls, and a lack of carpeting. Upon our arrival, we were offered breakfast for a fee of £230 for four days for our group of six (four adults and two children). However, the breakfast options were limited and consisted mainly of yogurt, coffee, and pastries. Despite informing the staff about our food allergies, the options provided were not satisfactory considering the amount we paid. The newly renovated rooms were visually appealing and comfortable, but the early morning construction work disrupted our sleep. Additionally, due to the renovations, the elevator was out of service, which posed challenges for one of our party members with mobility issues. While I believe that the property will offer a more comfortable stay once the renovations are completed, our experience was not entirely positive.

Very good when traveling, one night been there. Hotel is rebuilding, appartment was new and in perfect state. Even cooking is possible. Nice neighborhood, residential.

Avoid at all costs. Upon arrival we walked into the reception which was boarded up and greeted by a lovely girl at reception. As we had been traveling all day we asked if they had an Adaptor and from there everything went down hill. Simple answer was no. As we had a toddler with us we kindly asked them if we could drop our bags , change our child in the room and we were told there was no way and had to go to the shopping mall to buy one . At this point a horrible, disrespectful, rude man named Gregory Stepped in . To say this man was “manager” is very embarrassing. He was very abrupt. Unhelpful and his attitude was appalling. At check in once we got the charger we entered the room. Had a big crack along the ceiling , shower head kept falling down , toilet wasn’t flushing properly and kept making loud noises. We then took a tour of the hotel. Duck tape along the carpets, the reception was like a building site , vending machine wouldn’t give you the items you paid for and the communal toilet bins never got changed the whole 4 days I was there . After the argument on our arrival over the charger I found a leaflet in the room which clearly stated that you can BUY a uk to eu phone adaptor for €5 at reception This was clearly a lie ! To top it all off .. the noise of the builders directly above my room was an absolute joke. 9am in the morning, sometimes earlier it was bang bang drill drill. If your having works done have the DECENCY to let your residents know.😓

Good and quiet location. But the pictures are nothing from the reality. Swimming pool hasn’t seen a proper clean up in years. The whole hotel seemed under construction. Room we got was outdated. Wholes in the wall and a disturbing leaking shower crane. So overall i will say: not again

Es ist höchste Zeit, dass umgebaut wird. Der Preis ist daher angemessen, aber die zusätzlichen Kosten sind eine Frechheit: Putzen, Handtücher, Müll entsorgen… Wohnung ist aber sauber und zweckmäßig zum Besuch von Disneyland. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Purtroppo con la formula residence il viaggiatore si trova spiazzato perché non c'è servizio pulizia e posto scomodo e angusto x una coppia. Il personale non è molto gentile cortese, mezzi pubblici poco frequenti, taxi per il parco costosissimi, struttura non pulita e la prima colazione veramente molto scarsa e si paga pagando una quota aggiuntiva, lo sconsiglio vivamente sia per l'ospitalità che per i difficoltosi spostamenti da e per il parco costringendo l'ospite ad esborsare molto denaro in taxi con addebito a tratta di 25,00€.

This was a perfect base for a trip to Disneyland Paris. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. The bus stop is across the road too. I would stay here again.

Zuerst hatten wir ein zu kleines Bett. Es war das Zimmer an einem Versorgungsschacht. Wir konnten zwar umziehen, aber ab 8.30h gingen direkt über uns Bauarbeiten mit Bohrer & Co los. Bei einer Beschwerde sagte man uns, dass die Bauarbeiten ja auf Schildern & beim Check In angekündigt werden. Bei unserem Check In wurde das nicht erwähnt, aber selbst wenn, was wäre die Alternative wenn man schon vor Ort ist und Aktivitäten vorgebucht hat?! Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber ziemlich abgewohnt.

El hotel es para lo que es, para viajar unos pocos días cerca de Disneyland (se tardan unos 15 minutos en un autobus que está en la puerta y que cuesta 2,50 euros por persona). Durante la estancia no acceden a limpiar la habitación. La calefacción no funcionaba y la habitación estaba fría. La ducha funcionaba regular. Para pasar un par de noches puede ser suficiente.

La résidence est bien située, par contre le logement est très moyen, beaucoup d'humidité, murs sales, divers impact sur murs, carrelages cassés, peu adaptés aux enfants . Accueil moyen également. Chambre petite. Ne justifie pas ce prix.

Basic, staff not particularly helpful, but comfy.
Not the best place we’ve stayed in France. Couldn’t get an answer from the 24-hour reception while we were trying to find the poorly-signposted building, which was frustrating. The apartment itself was basic - bedside lamps were the only bedroom lights, and these had to be unplugged to plug anything else in. Appliances in the kitchen looked old, and we struggled to get the shower working without instructions. Beds were comfortable enough, though, and for the price it was decent.
