Dear client, We would like to thank you for the time you have taken to share your experience. Our goal is to make the stay of our clients as pleasant as possible and your comments are very important to us. We understand your frustration. You booked 2 rooms by error at a non refundable rate. If you had informed us as soon as the reservations were made, we would have been able to refund you one of the rooms. Unfortunately you didn’t do so, maybe because you didn’t realise you had made a double booking. We were fully booked at the dates of you stay, and we therefore refused to refund you the extra room booked by error. As you know we have no cockroaches no ants in our hotel, and we hope that we will have the pleasure to welcome you on another occasion, so you can fully enjoy your stay with no refund matter affecting your judgement.
